Reiki- A Japanese technique in which energy is transferred in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. Great for any situation.

PELVIC FLOOR BODYWORK- Pelvic floor bodywork is a specialty service focusing on the rehabilitation, release and rebalancing of the pelvic floor soft tissue to support bringing your body back into optimal health and wellbeing. This is done both externally and internally with massage techniques. There is no one size fits all when it comes to this work as we all have our own stories.
